Platform Rules & Guidelines

The following items are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Complete firearms or receivers - No guns, pistols, rifles, shotguns, or firearm frames/receivers
• NFA regulated items - No suppressors, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, machine guns, or destructive devices
• FFL required items - No items requiring Federal Firearms License transfer
• Ammunition or explosive materials - No cartridges, powder, primers, or explosives
• Stolen goods - No items obtained illegally
• Counterfeit items - No fake or replica branded accessories
• Items banned by local/state law - Research your local laws before posting

You may sell, buy, or trade:

• Optics and sights (scopes, red dots, iron sights, etc.)
• Mounting hardware (rings, bases, rails, etc.)
• Stocks and grips (rifle stocks, pistol grips, foregrips, etc.)
• Handguards and rail systems
• Muzzle devices (flash hiders, compensators, muzzle brakes - not suppressors)
• Triggers and trigger components
• Magazines and magazine accessories
• Holsters and carrying equipment
• Cases, bags, and storage solutions
• Cleaning supplies and tools
• Safety equipment and hearing protection
• Range gear and shooting accessories

• Age requirement: Must be 18+ to participate
• One account per person: Multiple accounts are prohibited
• Accurate information: Use real information in your profile
• Active participation: Dormant accounts may be deactivated
• Reputation matters: Build trust through successful transactions

All listings must include:

• Clear photos: Multiple angles showing condition and any defects
• Accurate descriptions: Brand, model, condition, and any modifications
• Fair pricing: Research market value before listing
• Honest condition assessment: Disclose all flaws and wear
• Shipping information: Who pays shipping and your shipping preferences
• Payment methods accepted

Payment Security:

• Use PayPal Goods & Services for buyer protection (see our Payment Guide)
• Avoid friends & family payments unless you know the person well
• Document everything: Keep records of all communications
• Ship with tracking and require signature for high-value items
• Insurance recommended for items over $100

Communication:

• Use our private messaging system for transaction details
• Be responsive to messages and questions
• Clearly communicate shipping timeframes
• Provide tracking information promptly

• Scamming or fraud - Automatic permanent ban
• Price manipulation - Artificially inflating prices through fake accounts
• Spam or excessive posting - Posting the same item repeatedly
• Off-topic items - This is for gun accessories only
• Personal attacks or harassment
• Circumventing bans - Creating new accounts after suspension
• Vote manipulation - Using multiple accounts to upvote/downvote
• Selling to prohibited persons - Know your local laws

• All listings are reviewed by moderators and community members
• Report violations using the report function
• Warnings before bans for most first-time violations
• Appeals process available for disputed actions
• Community self-policing encouraged through voting system

• Unlimited selling privileges (free users cannot sell)
• Unlimited transactions per year (free users limited to 2 buy/trade per year)
• Priority customer support
• Advanced listing features
• Verified badge for increased trust

For transaction disputes:

1. Attempt to resolve directly with the other party
2. Document all communications and evidence
3. Contact platform moderators if needed
4. Use PayPal dispute resolution if payment was made through G&S
5. Consider legal action for serious violations

Violation consequences may include:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Temporary suspension: 3-30 days depending on severity
• Permanent ban: Serious violations or repeat offenses
• Legal action: For criminal activity or serious fraud

Users are responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws:

• Federal firearms regulations
• State and local gun accessory laws
• Import/export restrictions
• Tax obligations for sales
• Age restrictions in your jurisdiction
